Refund Policy

We want you to buy with confidence. Because every product can be fully evaluated for free before purchase, refunds are rarely needed – but when they are, this is how it works.

14-day money-back guarantee

You may request a full refund within 14 days of the initial purchase of any Commercial Licence, for any reason. The same applies to the first 14 days after an annual renewal.

How to request a refund

Contact either party – both routes lead to the same result:

• Paddle (our reseller and Merchant of Record, who issued your invoice): paddle.net or reply to your order e-mail.
• SolTechnology: contact@soltechnology.dev with your order number.

Refunds are returned to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank. Taxes collected at checkout are refunded together with the licence fee.

After a refund

The licence key issued for the refunded order is revoked and the Commercial Licence ends. You may continue to use the software under the free PolyForm licences if your organisation qualifies.

Cancelling a subscription

You can cancel the automatic renewal at any time from the link in your order e-mail or by contacting us. Cancellation stops future charges; your licence and perpetual-fallback rights for the current period remain unchanged until the period ends.

Exceptions

We may decline refunds requested after the 14-day window or in cases of clear abuse (for example repeated purchase-and-refund cycles). Statutory consumer rights in your country of residence are not affected by this policy.
